Monthly Packages must be used within 30 days of start.
30 Minute Sessions = $30 each
Anytime Sessions = $70.00 per session
Must use at least one session per month.
Personal Training with a Friend(s) ?
Add $20.00/hour for 1 additional person
Add $10/hour each for person after that.
Fitness Profile & Nutritional Analysis
Every new client at Inside Out Fitness will undergo a simple Health Screening questionnaire during their consultation session. This helps to ensure that all clients are safe to
exercise before committing to training.
Your program will be designed according to the results of this assessment along with your personal fitness goals.
The basic Fitness Assessment includes the criteria below. A series of exercises will be performed during the movement pattern assessment. Please dress accordingly.

Your nutritional analysis will be composed from the above results. You will receive a sample menu with a caloric breakdown to include your individual protein, carbohydrate and fat needs.
Fitness Profile is included with any training package purchased.
